Why a Blog? ...

WHY A BLOG? 🤔

I am not a great fan of newsletters, so don't really like seeing them in my mailbox!

The fewer l'm sent, the better I feel and the more likely l am to read them.

This is why you won't be receiving many from me, only a few important ones about interesting events. 👍🏻

My priority, therefore, is to keep my friends and followers up to date with my latest artwork and to share my honest opinions about the issues that matter to me.

Having a blog on my website provides an effective way of keeping in touch with you, without being too invasive.😉

It's meant to be a place open to the exchange of ideas and opinions, as well as more formal discussions, or even criticisms. 🧐

What can members do?

All members are free to:

1) Follow each other

2) Write comments

3) Reply to any comment/s.

4) Receive notifications from the blog if they wish.

5) Have their own page and personalise it as desired.

As a painter, I manage the brush, not the pen, so you being part of this blog will allow me to refine the skills I don't actually possess yet.

Of course, members of the community may well be an important resource for each other, as long as there's mutual respect.

Thoughts and opinions, should be fully expressed, to ensure dialogues are honest and open minded.

When discussions get 'heated', kindness is the key to a mutually beneficial experience and personal growth.
